Tyranids - Venomthropes + Stealerbugs

It's been a little while since this Farseer has reported on Tyranids, so here we go with a new list. I've had this list and have experimented with in Vassal only (since we have no Venomthropes) but I had been wanting to try out the V'thropes. People seem to ignore them for some reason and I wanted to know why. They have a 2+ poison attack and give every unit (keyword here) within 6" a 5+ cover. Normally that's not such a great save, but when you start looking at a 5+ save on Genestealers and what the 'standard' issue gun (e.g. bolter) does to said save, that 5+ cover starts to look pretty tasty.

A quick note on Orks by Farseer N'kurrik

We have discovered an inherent weakness in Orks battle tactics. They often employ psychic orks they call 'weirdboys' or 'warpheads'. These so-called psykers seem to have very little control over their powers and act more of a leak in a container rather than a conduit channeling psychic energy. Even the exodites have far better control.
